WELLNESS SCREENINGS 

Studies have shown that early detection saves lives and lowers health costs for employers. Health screenings can target high-risk participants and encourage the link to care and disease prevention. The following on-site screenings are now available for your company:

 
Using state-of-the-art testing equipment, we can test for the following through a simple finger stick with results in about 10 minutes:

  • Total Cholesterol

  • Total Cholesterol and HDL-good cholesterol

  • Full Lipid Panel including: Total Cholesterol, HDL-good cholesterol, LDL-bad cholesterol and Triglycerides 

  • Glucose testing can be performed as a stand-alone exam or in addition to Cholesterol testing

Cardiovascular Health Assessments including:

  • Blood Pressure Measurement using a manual or automatic sphygmomanometer

  • Body Mass Index Calculation based on height and weight 

  • Body Fat Percentage Analysis using a hand-held bio-electrical impedance device

  • Health Risk Appraisals (HRA) through questionnaires which help us determine your risk for heart disease

  • Individual Results Counseling using the HRA and test results to make participant aware of possible health conditions and advice on  preventing disease

 
Other services include:

  • Prostate screening (PSA) blood test

  • Flu Shots

 
Program Management:

We can help manage the program initially by providing your employees with Online or Toll-free Pre-screening and appointment scheduling. On the day of the event, we can provide On-site Administrative Assistance to keep your screening process organized and help participants through in a timely manner.  After the program, we can store and analyze the participant data to provide you with a Customized Aggregate Report according to your reporting needs.
