classes: Our energetic and motivating group fitness instructors will help guide your members into greater fitness. We offer a variety of classes including traditional and specialty classes. We are also able to offer customized combinations of classes to suit your members' needs. All classes are adjusted to the fitness level of your members while still providing a challenge from novice to seasoned athlete. All of our group exercise classes include: warm-up, aerobic exercise, strength and cool down segments. We highlight the proper alignment for doing exercises correctly to avoid strain and obtain maximum results. Group Exercise Instructors are certified through AFAA (Aerobics & Fitness Associations of America) or ACE( American Council on Exercise , ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) We have a database of over 3500 certified, professional fitness instructors with CPR training throughout California. This enables us not only to get the right instructor for your needs, but also to ensure that there are many subs available so that your classes will always be covered. Instructors make it a point to give their personal best to ensure that every member, no matter what their fitness level, reaches their fullest potential! Classes are taught at the appropriate fitness level of the participants. We are especially considerate of the needs of those individuals who have been inactive for some time. Classes are tailored to fit your time requirements, and generally last from 30 to 60 minutes.
